Neighbors at Blair and Albert painted their intersection on Saturday, September 22. Designs evoking the four seasons grace swirls that flow from a boldy patterned circle.

You're right - it is pretty easy to ignore winter's approach on days like today!
Neat! Here in California, the authorities would be out the next day stripping all that off.
